Kaya brings home artwork every day from school, but this is her 1st project that they had asked for her to answer a question and then wrote her response. This is what my daughter had to say...
That would be a great answer if we had cut trees together at some point. We have gathered wood, and broken sticks, and trimmed hedges, have bonfires, and the list goes on, but we have never "cut the trees". It's great to think what else she tells her teachers about us.

Evan just started a sort of PRE preschool program up here and yesterday, his teacher was sitting by the table by him with her shoes off, and he started sniffing around and said, "I smell stinky feet"...the week before that he told her one of his toy trains had nipples.....out of the mouths of babes....oh, and Kaya is such a beauty!! So blonde still!
