Kaya has a new cousin!

Jon and Nicole had Tyler Jon on March 31st.

He weighed 8 lbs, 10.5 ozs, and was 20 inches long.

We were so excited to get to meet him! A proud uncle Jer holding Tyler for the 1st time.
We even got to see his eyes open!

I am an old lady!

My 30th bday was Thursday the 26th. Saturday during the day Sara took me to get a manicure and pedicure, and we had lunch, and went shopping, and just got to hang out for once. It was great! We were planning on stopping at Brann's to have a quick drink with my friend Kristy since she was working. Little did I know it was all a set up! I knew something was up their sleeves, but I was not expecting it when they did it! I sure have great friends!

He started loving me when I was 17 years old! Now I am 30! Where have all the years gone?? It is just crazy to think about that.

There weren't many from my group missing this year, which was so nice! Thank you to everyone who celebratated with me! I love you all and wouldn't be who I am without each and every one of you! Through the years, the ups and downs, they all add up into making me who I am today and for that I am very thankful.

Old friends reunited!

My friend Amy and I from highschool hadn't seen each other for over 5 years, and we recently started chatting again. I hadn't seen her son, Kaden, in almost 6 years! It was so nice getting together with them, and going to Amen Park which is one of our old stompin' grounds. We had a great time. It was her first time meeting Kaya too!

Kaya's favorite thing in the world to do...

Play dressup! She is such a girl. Abby's good friend, Annie, gave us a tub of clothes and this fun cheerleading outfit was in there. Kaya loves it!Now we just need to get her to a game!

Hangin' out with friends...

We went over to my friend Rachelle's for a cookout and a bonfire. It was such a nice day! I am so ready for bonfire season to be here officially though. Kaya was so happy to get to see Fiona again. She loves babies.Sharing toys, so nice to see. :)

Their neighbors had this Jeep and they played with it for a long time. At first Kaya was a little hesitant, but then she caught on and was ramming all over the place! It was so funny to watch her go!
Kaya looks like a deer in the headlights! She got to stay up a little late and hang out with the big kids at the fire. She thought that was awesome!

Two tired kids...And exciting news!

The Sutter's all came over for some Friday night fun. Eli was actually over tonight too but he was off playing on his own. :) Kaleb and Kaya settled in for a movie, cuddled up still in their dress up clothes.
** Abby, Tony, and Kaleb are planning to add an addition to their family soon! Dylan Jack is due to be born on May 4! We are so very excited for them and the adoption of Dylan. Cousin Time!

The girls hadn't played together in a while and we finally got together and they loved it! They played with every toy in the house, ran like crazy, and there was lots of screaming going on. (mine was the loudest of course!) Katelyn is now in on all the trouble too!Rylee and Kaya writing together. They are both doing great!
Rylee wanted to read a book to Kaya, and she listened away to Rylee's story.

I thought this was funny that you could see Kaya's face in the balloon, with her nose all scrunched up!

I just love this girl to pieces. She is the best thing that ever happened to me. I love this picture of her, and believe it or not she took it of herself! My artsy little thang...

For those of you who may remember, at Kaya's Christmas Program they sang God Bless America and they were all screaming so loud you could't understand it at all. Here she is singing it for you again. You can understand it this time, but it is funny to me how she progressively gets louder and louder throughout. She loves singing and showing off, so here you go...

Disney on Ice

I had the pleasure of taking Kaya to see Disney on Ice: 100 Years Of Magic. We had a great time. She hasn't stopped talking about it yet.Kaya with the horse that I bought for her at the show. She is obsessed with this thing!
My favorite part of the show was Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

Everyone came out on stage together.This was Kaya's favorite part about being downtown. The smokestacks. She kept telling me, "Mom, take a picture!" So, here you go! :) She thinks it is blowing clouds!
